What kind of brands do you work with?
Shopify brands selling products people buy again: skincare, fragrance, food and drink, coffee and tea, supplements, apparel basics and home goods.
Do I need to be on Klaviyo already?
No. If you're on Mailchimp, Omnisend or Shopify Email, we can set up Klaviyo and move your list over as part of the Flow Build.
Will I need to get on calls?
Not unless you want to. The audit, approvals and updates all work over email and video.
Who writes the emails?
We do, in your brand voice. You approve everything before it goes live.
How does the guarantee work?
We measure Klaviyo-attributed flow revenue in your own dashboard for 60 days after launch. If it's under 2x the Flow Build fee, we keep working free. If it's still under at day 90, you get a full refund.
Can I cancel monthly management?
Yes. After the first 3 months it's month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.
